Versailles Rhinestone Triple Cross Black Zip-Up

I placed a order for the cross black zip up on November 2, 2023 , going on two months and I still haven’t received it.. the only email I get back from them is because due of the holidays.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my product and getting a email like a revived the purchased items really angers me. I would never want to buy from a instagram brand again because of the line wait time and bad customer service

First order was cancelled through Shopify, I never got my money back. Had to place another order and spend double the money on two hoodies.
